TERMS & OPENING HOURS

CANCELLATION POLICY

On occasions unfortunate circumstances arise therefore we would be grateful for a 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you are unable to do so we will be obliged to charge a 50% cancellation fee.

When booking one of our packages there will be a 50% advanced payment required.

Should you fail to show for any appointment without notice 100% charge will be applied.

ARRIVALS

Please arrive in plenty of time prior to your treatment to allow yourself some quality time in our relaxation area. On your first visit you will be asked to arrive 20mins prior to treatment time to complete a registration card.

OPENING HOURS

Mondays                                     10am – 5pm

Tues, Wed and Thurs                    10am – 9pm   (LATE NIGHTS)

Friday                                         10am – 6pm

Saturday                                     9am – 5pm           

Sunday                                       Closed
